ALL NATURAL POWER UPS TO BOOST YOUR CELLULAR HEALTH.

FORMULATED FROM EXTENSIVE SCIENCE AND PROVEN CELLULAR RESEARCH.
The science of Siorai is based on the building blocks of each and every one of us, our cells. Years of research on cellular health have lead to the formulation of products that boost our bodies from the cellular level. Science has shown that inflammation, disease and bodily functions are all directly related to how well our cells are functioning and our products have been designed to power up our natural ability to fight off infections and repair cellular damage.
POWERING CELLULAR HEALTH THROUGH PLANT BASED SOLUTIONS
A NEW WAY TO APPROACH HEALTH & WELLNESS
For many years, the medical and scientific communities have recommended that the best way to stay healthy and active was to eat a balanced diet, get plenty of rest, exercise daily and avoid bad habits like smoking or drinking too much. While we know that practicing these good habits has always been great for our health, modern science has shown us exactly how our cells react to the way we live. As we have begun to better understand the things that our cells need to function, we can do more than just maintain a healthy balance, we can actually power up our cells to be better prepared to fight off infections, boost our energy levels and prevent disease and chronic illness. Our bodies have an amazing ability to repair or even replace failing cells, but after prolonged damage and cellular stress, our cells begin to die off causing us to age more rapidly and can lead to organ failure. For most people, it is only after we can see or feel that something is wrong with our bodies that we react with trips to the doctor or changes in lifestyle to try and “fix” the problem, which may have been building up long before we were even aware that something wasn’t right. This reactionary approach to the way we see health can now be a thing of the past. We can now combine the idea of leading a healthier lifestyle while directly promoting and supporting health at the cellular level to achieve truly longer lasting, whole body health.
POWER UP YOUR EXERCISE ROUTINE
Performing some kind of daily exercise is a great way to stay healthy. Whether it’s going for a walk, doing yoga, spending time in the gym or at home on a treadmill, exercise can be a great way to get in shape making you look and feel younger. If you are going to exercise, you’re going to need energy, and it’s important to know how your body creates that energy and where exactly it comes from. Every bit of energy we use to stay alive and healthy comes from our cells. More specifically, the mitochondria inside our cells. These tiny powerhouse organelles act as trillions of microscopic engines which power our hearts to beat, our breathing, our brain function and yes, our muscles to work as well. Think of the oxygen and nutrients that you take in as the gasoline, and the breakdown for energy conversion as stepping on the gas. When our cells start to fail from a lack of proper support, these micro machines begin to produce less energy leaving us feeling sluggish, foggy and out of order. One of the ways that cells can fail, and ultimately die is from a lack of oxygen. Your cells can actually suffocate if you are not giving them the oxygen that they need. By adding a bit of exercise to our routines, we can help maintain the proper function of the mitochondria in our cells. Our muscle cells specifically are packed with mitochondria, so the more aerobic exercise we do, the more oxygen gets sent to the cells to be converted into energy. In fact, the more we exercise and send oxygen to the muscle cells, our bodies will actually create new cells (also containing more mitochondria) which form new blood vessels that will allow for more blood flow and more oxygen.
Stress on the body comes in many different forms. Stubbing your toe can stress the body, as can an overexposure to the sun. Then comes the emotional stress we’ve all come to know so well. We’ve all experienced some form of elevated stress in our lives and when our bodies are stressed, we can actually physically feel it. Our cells can feel it too. The slight rise in temperature and the tension we feel is our cells going into emergency mode. Just like when we catch a virus, stress will trigger our cells to find the problem and to start the repair process in the affected part of the body. They spring into action and figure out what needs to be detoxified, what needs to be fixed and what the body needs to get rid of. In most circumstances, the cells will react the way they need to, the “stress” will be healed and things will go back to normal, but what happens to our bodies after prolonged exposure to stress? Simply put, things can go very bad. When our cells are exposed to prolonged or chronic stress, their ability to function, heal, duplicate or detoxify starts to dramatically decrease. As our body tries to replenish the cells that die off under stressful conditions, it will create new cells that are better equipped to live in the stressed environment, but these cells can be weaker and more susceptible to infection. Prolonged stress can also decrease the cell’s ability to remove toxins, which can lead to a buildup of plaque. This excess waste in the cells can lead to heart attack, stroke or even worse, cancer. The list of health risks goes on and on when we look at what happens to our cells under stress, so something as simple as doing 30 seconds of breathing can oxygenate the cells, improve mood and relieve stress. While stress may be unavoidable in our day to day lives, when we know what it can do to our cells and ultimately our health, we can stop, take a deep breath and start to heal.
LONG STORY SHORT, DO THE BEST YOU CAN
It sounds great, almost utopian, that we could all lead lives where our diets are perfect, we get all the exercise we need and we don’t suffer any injuries, get sick or feel stressed by what life throws our way. The reality is that no one is perfect, and we can only do the best we can. There are plenty of supplements out there that can give the body a boost, but then there are the ones that actually support whole body health by powering up the cells to function properly.
